Step One: Preparation 

From templating with our digital scanner tool to designing, CAD design will let you know how your teak flooring will look before installation. 

This part of the process will allow you to see your design and adjust it before we start built it the deck.

Step Two: Selecting The Teak

Hand selecting all our deck boards is how we guarantee top-quality teak. We only use vertical grain slats with no knots, wormholes, or splits, to ensure a long lasting, beautiful teak deck installation.

Step Three: Measure & Cut The Boards

After the selection process is done, decks are precisely measured and cut with our CNC technology and advanced specialty tools to assure a symmetrical deck. We know there is nothing worse than uneven and poorly planned marine decking. 

Step Four: Marine decking Installation

With a shop that is outfitted to properly assemble teak deck wood flooring with 100% accuracy, we don’t have to assemble ours decks on board which ultimately reduces the vessel’s down-time and increases your play time on the water. 

Rest assured that all our teak decks are properly sealed along the perimeters to ensure that water doesn’t  penetrates, along with using the proper bedding of hardware, we keep everything in house.
